Every day the site scans Google News, Amazon Products, Flickr Photographs, YouTube Videos and Blog Posts to provide all content relevant to a person on a single page.
In addition, we scan upcoming movie releases and TV appearances and provide sections on these too. Finally, we build connections between people via their entry in Wikipedia and every person is rated daily based on the density of news articles that are currently appearing on the web. The top rated people will appear each day in the 'In the News' section above.

People of a certain age will always have a soft spot for director George Pal's 1960 adaptation of HG Wells's The Time Machine. It remains an innovative sci-fi staple and, fittingly, a time capsule of imaginative rather than effects-laden film-making. What will this dull, philosophically fudged and digitally dependent remake say about the early 21st-century when seen in the future? Chiefly, that we can't tell a tried and tested yarn - Victorian inventor travels 800,000 years forward in time and finds that a post-apocalyptic civilisation has divided into a two-tier caste system - without recourse to standard action-movie heroics. A hollow-cheeked Guy Pearce tries hard to inhabit the character of the driven Professor Hartdegen, but the minute he arrives in the future he strips to the waist and shows off his far from professorial pecs to pop singer Samantha Mumba - whose Dublin accent might have been reined in by a more experienced director than Simon Wells. Louis Malle, directing his first English-language film since his return from America to France, employs an almost leisurely (but always exact) camera to highlight the emotional centre of this traumatic tale. Taken from Josephine Hart's bestseller by scriptwriter David Hare, the explosion of emotion is muted by moments of implausibility, caused by some widely varying acting styles. Whereas Miranda Richardson crumbles believably as the spurned wife, Juliette Binoche, as the object of an MP's lust, simply pouts seductively, while Jeremy Irons, as the naughty politician, spends too much time behaving like a startled rabbit.
